NXT Energy Solutions adds Ataraxia Capital rep to its board

NXT Energy Solutions Inc. (TSX: SFD)(OTCQB: NSFDF) announced that Marvin Singer has joined its board of directors as the representative for Ataraxia Capital, according to a press release from the Calgary-based company.
The appointment follows the terms of an Investor's Rights Agreement between NXT and Ataraxia Capital.
Singer has worked as a corporate consultant to private and public companies since January 2020. Before that, he practiced corporate, securities, and natural resources law, most recently as a Senior Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, a position he retired from in 2019. Since retiring, he has served as a director of several Canadian public companies.
Singer holds an LL.B. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. His background includes experience in acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, mergers, take-overs, corporate reorganizations, financings, and corporate governance.
