NPK International adds Kristen Pederson to its board of directors

NPK International Inc. (NYSE: NPKI) has appointed Kristen J. Pederson to its board of directors, effective July 28, 2026, according to a company statement.
Pederson will also serve on NPK's Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Pederson currently serves as a director at SOBR Safe, Inc. and Eagle Bancorp, Inc. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at IBM and was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and completed undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Rose M. Robeson, Chairman of NPK's board, said, "Her leadership and strategic experience, financial acumen and deep background in governance will be valuable as we continue advancing NPK's strategic priorities."
NPK International manufactures, sells, and rents recyclable composite matting products and related services for infrastructure markets including electrical transmission and distribution, oil and gas, pipeline, and renewable energy sectors.
