Mobile-health Network Solutions appoints new chairman following board leadership rotation

Mobile-health Network Solutions (NASDAQ: MNDR) announced a change in board leadership effective April 14, 2026. Dr. Teoh Pui Pui resigned as chairman of the board of directors to facilitate periodic rotation of board leadership, according to the company statement.
The company stated that Dr. Teoh's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies or practices. Dr. Teoh will remain as a director of the company.
The board appointed Dr. Siaw Tung Yeng as the new chairman to fill the vacancy. Dr. Siaw, 60, is a co-founder and director of the company and has served as co-chief executive officer since the company's inception in 2016.
Dr. Siaw brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and medical informatics and has worked as a senior consultant in family medicine since 2004, according to the company.
