Ming Shing Group Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: MSW) announced leadership changes effective May 27, 2026, with Weijin Li resigning from his positions as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Director.

Li cited personal reasons for his resignation, which was not due to any disagreement with the company, according to the Hong Kong-based wet trades works company's statement. The Board appointed Zhijun Pan as Chairman of the Board and Director, while re-designating Han Yan as Chief Executive Officer.

Pan brings over 17 years of business management experience to the role. Since 2008, he has served as chairman and president of Anhui Yuhang Paimeng Health Technology Co., Ltd. Since May 2026, Pan has also served as a director of PMA Nano Carbon Technology Pte. Ltd., a company within the PMA group that Ming Shing is proposing to acquire.

The appointment coincides with Ming Shing's pending acquisition of PMA Nano Carbon Tech Limited, which holds the entire issued share capital of PMA Nano Carbon Technology Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-incorporated company. The proposed acquisition remains subject to certain conditions with no assurance of completion within expected timeframes.

Pan holds an executive master of business administration from Nanjing University and another executive MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. The company stated that Pan's business management experience and familiarity with PMA Nano Carbon Technology will support strategic development following the proposed acquisition.

Ming Shing operates in Hong Kong's wet trades sector, providing services including plastering, tile laying, brick laying, floor screeding and marble works through two wholly-owned subsidiaries: MS (HK) Engineering Limited and MS Engineering Co., Limited.
