Millennial Potash names Tony Kettinger director, Graham Harris resigns

Millennial Potash Corp. (TSXV: MLP) (OTCQB: MLPNF) (FSE: X0D) announced the appointment of Tony Kettinger to its board of directors and the resignation of Graham Harris from all corporate positions, according to a company statement.

Kettinger serves as chief operating officer for Golden Agri-Resources in Singapore, which operates oil palm plantations across more than 500,000 hectares in 14 countries. Golden Agri-Resources trades on the Singapore Stock Exchange and delivers products to over 110 countries including China, India and the United States. Before joining Golden Agri, Kettinger spent 15 years with Cargill Inc., advancing to group managing director for agricultural processing and trading in Asia.

Harris has entered into a four-year consulting agreement with Millennial Potash for CDN$1,000 per month. The agreement includes restrictions on his monthly share sales and maintains his existing equity compensation awards.

The company granted 1,553,000 incentive stock options exercisable for five years at an exercise price of $2.88 per share.

Millennial Potash is developing the Banio Potash Project in Gabon. The company filed a technical report on June 6, 2024, on SEDAR+ discussing economic factors including potential capital and operating costs for the project.
