Michael Nederhoff joins Powermax Minerals board of directors

Powermax Minerals Inc. (CSE: PMAX) (OTCQB: PWMXF) (FSE: T23) announced that Michael Nederhoff joined its board of directors, replacing Michael Malana, effective immediately.



Nederhoff serves as Chief Operating Officer at Served With Honor and previously operated WiLRo Consulting, specializing in strategy, sales, marketing, distribution, brand management, and new product development. His background includes executive roles at JUUL Labs as President, CytoSport as General Manager, Red Bull Canada as VP of Sales, and various positions at Cadbury Schweppes PLC.



The company granted Nederhoff 200,000 stock options and 300,000 restricted stock units in connection with his board appointment.

Powermax also renewed its marketing agreement with Euro Digital Media Ltd. for up to three additional months beginning December 4, 2025. The company will pay Euro Digital $500,000 for marketing services including campaign creation, keyword research, remarketing campaigns, and online advertising coordination. Euro Digital will conduct promotional activities through thestockreport.com, Google ads, and native advertising.



Powermax Minerals is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on rare earth element projects. The company holds options on the Cameron REE Property in British Columbia and the Atikokan REE Property in northwest Ontario, and owns the Ogden Bear Lodge Project in Wyoming.
