On January 16, 2024, Sheryl Sandberg notified MMeta Platforms (NASDAQ: META) that she has decided not to stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors at the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Ms. Sandberg will continue to serve as a director until the date of the Annual Meeting.
