Meta Platforms (FB) Announces Peter Thiel's Retirement from board

On February 5, 2022, Peter Thiel notified Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: FB) that he will not stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) at the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Mr. Thiel will continue to serve as a director until the date of the Annual Meeting.
