McDonald's appoints James Farley to board committees

McDonald's Corporation (NYSE: MCD) appointed James D. Farley Jr. to its Audit & Finance Committee and Corporate Responsibility Committee on March 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.

Farley was previously elected to McDonald's board of directors on February 4, 2026. The company filed an amendment to its Form 8-K to report the committee appointments, which took effect immediately.
