McChip Resources names Fraser Hartley to its board of directors

McChip Resources Inc. (TSXV: MCS) announced the appointment of Fraser Hartley as an independent director, effective Aug. 21, 2026, according to a press release from the Toronto-based company.
Hartley is a Vancouver-based corporate finance lawyer and a partner at Nexa Legal LLP. He holds an LLB and BA from the University of British Columbia and has previously served on the boards of several TSX Venture Exchange-listed companies. He began his legal career at an international law firm in New York before joining a Vancouver-based firm as a partner.
Ed Dumond resigned as director to create a vacancy for Hartley's appointment. The company's board now consists of Zachary Goldenberg (CEO and Director), Carlo Rigillo (CFO and Corporate Secretary), Fraser Hartley (Director), and Grant Duthie (Director).
The board also reconstituted its audit committee, which now includes Hartley as chairman, along with Duthie and Goldenberg.
