Mawson Infrastructure Group Inc. (NASDAQ: MIGI) reported preliminary third-quarter revenue of approximately $11.2 million, down 9% from $12.3 million in the same period last year, according to a company statement.
The digital infrastructure company's preliminary gross profit increased 53% to $6.6 million in the third quarter, compared to $4.3 million a year earlier. Gross profit margin improved to 59% from 35% in the prior-year period.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, preliminary revenue totaled $34.5 million, declining 22% from $44.2 million in the comparable 2024 period. Nine-month gross profit rose 5% to $16.4 million, with gross profit margin expanding to 48% from 35%.
The company reported a preliminary net loss of $1.5 million for the third quarter, an 88% reduction from the $12.2 million loss recorded in the same quarter of 2024. For the nine-month period, the preliminary net loss decreased 76% to $9.8 million from $41.8 million.
Mawson attributed the reduced nine-month net loss to increased gross profit from a new profit share agreement, lower operating expenses due to reduced depreciation and stock-based compensation, and decreased non-operating expenses.
At the company's 2025 annual shareholder meeting, three directors were elected: Ryan Costello as independent board chair, Steven G. Soles as independent director and audit committee chair, and Kathryn Yingling Schellenger as independent director and compensation committee chair.
The financial estimates are preliminary and unaudited, subject to completion of financial closing procedures and potential material adjustments during the review process.
