Mativ appoints Interface CFO Bruce Hausmann to its board

Mativ Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MATV) has appointed Bruce Hausmann to its board of directors, effective July 1, 2026, according to a press release from the Alpharetta, Georgia-based company. Hausmann will serve on the board's Audit Committee.

Hausmann currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Interface, Inc. (NASDAQ: TILE), a global flooring manufacturer, a position he has held since April 2017. In that role, he oversees finance, accounting, tax, treasury, risk management, financial reporting, and investor relations.

Before joining Interface, Hausmann held senior financial leadership positions at Aramark Corporation and The Walt Disney Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).

Mativ President and CEO Shruti Singhal said Hausmann "brings deep financial expertise and a proven track record of guiding global manufacturers through complex transactions and operational transformation."

Mativ operates two segments — Filtration & Advanced Materials and Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions — and manufactures on three continents, generating sales in over 80 countries.
