Mary Junck to retire from Lee Enterprises board in July

Mary Junck has informed the board of directors of Lee Enterprises (NASDAQ: LEE) of her retirement from the board, effective July 31, 2026. The notification was made on July 7, 2026.

According to a filing based on the Current Report on Form 8-K, the company stated there are no disagreements related to her departure as contemplated by Item 5.02(a) of the form.
