ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN) has elected Lidia Fonseca to its board of directors, effective November 1, 2026, according to a press release from the Milwaukee-based workforce solutions company.
Fonseca served as Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Pfizer from January 2019 to April 2026, where she led the company's enterprise AI, digital, data, and technology strategy. Prior to Pfizer, Fonseca spent a decade in diagnostics, holding the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Quest Diagnostics and, earlier, at LabCorp. She began her career in operations and executive leadership roles at Philips Healthcare.
Fonseca holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA, and a Master of Business Informatics from Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University.
