LuxUrban Hotels (LUXH) Announces Resignation of Patrick McNamee from Board

Effective October 24, 2024, Patrick McNamee resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of LuxUrban Hotels (NASDAQ: LUXH). Mr. McNamee was a member of the Board’s Compensation Committee and Nominating Committee. Mr. McNamee’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices and he leaves to pursue certain opportunities.
