Logitech President of Logitech for Business Prakash Arunkundrum to resign

Logitech International S.A. (NASDAQ: LOGI) announced that Prakash Arunkundrum, President of Logitech for Business and Group Management Team member, will resign from his positions effective September 28, 2025.

Arunkundrum informed the company on September 18, 2025, that he is leaving to pursue another opportunity. The departure is not related to any disagreement concerning Logitech's operations, policies or practices, according to the company statement.

Arunkundrum has been with Logitech for over ten years, serving in his current role overseeing the company's business division. The company did not announce a replacement for the position.
