Lobe Sciences appoints Marco Mastrodonato to board of directors

Lobe Sciences Ltd. (CSE:LOBE)(OTCQB: LOBEF)(FWB:LOBE.F) announced the appointment of Marco Mastrodonato to its board of directors, according to a company statement.

Mastrodonato co-founded Sinclair Pharma plc., a pharmaceutical company previously listed on the London Stock Exchange. He founded and served as a board member of Metrodora Therapeutics Inc., a biotechnology company focused on systemic inflammation and anemia treatment. Mastrodonato currently serves as founder and CEO of BMG Pharma, which develops hyaluronic acid-based technologies for aesthetic dermatology, ophthalmology and osteoarthritis.
