LiveRamp Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RAMP) reduced the size of its Board of Directors from seven to six members on August 17, 2026, following the resignation of director Kristi Argyilan.
Argyilan, who had served on the board since February 11, 2026, resigned on July 17, 2026. She had been a member of the class of directors whose term was set to expire at the 2028 annual stockholder meeting.
Rather than fill the vacancy, the board voted to eliminate the open seat. As part of a broader effort to keep director classes as equal in size as possible, the board also redesignated Vivian Chow from the class of directors whose term expires at the 2029 annual meeting to the class whose term expires at the 2028 annual meeting. Chow agreed to the redesignation.
