Lithium Americas director Zach Kirkman to resign from board

Lithium Americas Corp. (NYSE: LAC) announced that Zach Kirkman notified the company of his decision to resign from its board of directors, effective March 1, 2026.
Kirkman submitted his resignation notice on February 10, 2026. The company stated that his decision was not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies or practices.
Kirkman was nominated as a director by General Motors Holdings LLC. He plans to step down from his role at General Motors on March 1 to pursue other opportunities, according to the company's statement.
