LibertyStream adds CPA veteran to board amid two director departures
LibertyStream Infrastructure Partners Inc. (TSXV: LIB | OTCQB: VLTLF | FSE: I2D) has appointed Lisa Paulk Bohls, a Texas-licensed CPA, to its board of directors, effective August 7, 2026, according to a company statement.
Bohls brings more than 26 years of experience in public-company auditing, financial reporting, internal controls, and governance. She is co-founder and chief strategy officer of BGL Advisors and previously served as senior vice president and national managing director at The Siegfried Group, where she spent nearly 15 years. Earlier in her career, she worked at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen on financial-statement audits, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance matters.
In connection with her appointment, the board approved a grant of 500,000 restricted share units to Bohls. The RSUs are scheduled to vest on August 7, 2027, and are subject to the terms of the company's Amended and Restated Omnibus Security Based Incentive Plan and TSX Venture Exchange requirements.
Concurrent with Bohls's appointment, directors Warner Uhl and Kyle Hookey retired from the board, also effective August 7, 2026.
LibertyStream describes itself as a lithium development and technology company focused on producing lithium carbonate from oilfield brine using proprietary direct lithium extraction technology.
