Ledyard Financial Group adds two directors, three retire

Ledyard Financial Group, Inc. (OTCQX: LFGP), the holding company for Ledyard National Bank, announced the appointment of Alex Walker and Eric Zitzewitz to its Board of Directors, effective September 24, 2026.

Walker is the Executive Director of the Catholic Health Care Foundation of Greater Manchester and brings more than 30 years of experience as a healthcare executive and attorney. He previously served as President and CEO of Catholic Medical Center, a 330-bed acute care hospital in Manchester, N.H., from 2021 to 2025, and held prior senior roles there including General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer. Before joining that organization, he was a litigator and president at Manchester law firm Devine Millimet. Walker holds degrees from Northeastern University School of Law and the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

Zitzewitz is a Professor of Economics at Dartmouth College and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. His work focuses on finance, including asset management, prediction markets, and insurance. He previously taught at Stanford and Columbia business schools and holds a PhD in Economics from MIT and an undergraduate degree from Harvard College.

The company also announced the retirement of three board members: Andrew Samwick, who served for 20 years; Margaret Rightmire, who served for 15 years; and Teresa Rosenberger, who served for eight years.

Ledyard Financial Group is headquartered in Hanover, N.H. Ledyard National Bank was founded in 1991 and offers banking, investment, and wealth management services.
