LTC Properties, Inc. (NYSE: LTC), a real estate investment trust focused on seniors housing and health care properties, has elected Co-Presidents and Co-CEOs Pam Kessler and Clint Malin to its Board of Directors, effective September 22, 2026.
The additions expand the board from six to eight directors, five of whom are independent.
Kessler and Malin have each worked at LTC for more than two decades. Both have served as Co-Presidents since May 2020 and were appointed Co-CEOs in December 2024. The company said both executives played roles in developing its SHOP platform, which focuses on senior housing operating properties.
Executive Chairman Wendy Simpson attributed the board appointments to their work at the company. "Pam and Clint have helped reshape LTC, combining strategic vision with disciplined execution," Simpson said. "Their experience and perspective will be invaluable additions to our Board."
LTC's portfolio includes 180 properties across the United States. Based on gross real estate investments, 77% of the company's assets are seniors housing communities, with the remainder in skilled nursing centers.
