L. Paris Watts-Stanfield resigns from IDEX Corp. board

L. Paris Watts-Stanfield resigned from the board of directors of IDEX Corporation (NYSE: IEX) on August 13, 2026, effective immediately.

According to a company statement, her resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company on matters relating to its operations, policies, or practices.

Following her departure, the size of the board was reduced from ten to nine directors.
