Krystal Biotech board member resigns due to promotion at Sun Pharma

Krystal Biotech Inc. (NASDAQ: KRYS) announced that board member Kirti Ganorkar submitted his resignation from the board of directors on December 22, 2025.

Ganorkar cited time constraints from increased responsibilities following his recent promotion to Managing Director at Sun Pharma as the reason for his departure. The company stated that his resignation was not due to any disagreement with the board or management regarding operations, policies, or practices.

Ganorkar will continue serving as a director through December 31, 2025. He has been a board member since Krystal Biotech went public in September 2017.
