On December 15, 2023, Ronald Kuehn notified Kinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI) that he will retire from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) at the end of his current term and consequently will not stand for re-election to the Board at the Company’s 2024 annual meeting of stockholders in May. Mr. Kuehn’s current term will expire at KMI’s 2024 annual meeting. Mr. Kuehn’s decision to retire is not due to any disagreement with KMI.
