Kimco Realty adds COO David Jamieson to board of directors

Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM) appointed David Jamieson, the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, to its board of directors, expanding the board to ten members.
Jamieson's term began January 19, 2026. He joined Kimco in 2007 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2017. Previously, he held the role of Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Operations starting in 2015.
In his current position, Jamieson leads the company's redevelopment and mixed-use platform while identifying value creation strategies for the portfolio. He serves as a voting member of Kimco's Investment Committee, which approves new investments, development projects and property dispositions.
Jamieson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
"As COO, Dave is responsible for operations and its supporting technologies, among other areas, which are critically important to Kimco's future success," said Richard B. Saltzman, Chairman of the Board.
Kimco Realty is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use properties. As of September 30, 2025, the company owned interests in 564 U.S. shopping centers and mixed-use assets comprising 100 million square feet of gross leasable space.
