Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) has appointed Scott Reese to its board of directors, effective immediately, according to a company statement.
Reese will serve as a Class I director, with a term expiring in 2027. He will also join the board's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and its Audit and Finance Committee.
Reese most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Vernova's Electrification Software business, where he led the turnaround of GE's $1.2 billion industrial software business and held a leadership role in GE Vernova's IPO. Before that, he spent nearly two decades at Autodesk, most recently as Executive Vice President of Product Development and Manufacturing Software.
Reese currently serves on the boards of Planet Labs PBC (NYSE: PL), Landis+Gyr (SWX: LAND), and AutoLOTO. He previously served on the board of Model N, where he was a member of the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
"His track record of leading technology businesses through transformation and growth will be a strong addition as we continue to drive long-term value creation," said Ron Nersesian, Chair of Keysight's Board of Directors.
