Keith Jensen joins Avidbank Holdings board of directors

Avidbank Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AVBH) announced that Keith Jensen has joined its board of directors, according to a company statement. Jensen brings four decades of corporate finance experience and has served as chief financial officer for both public and private technology companies.
Jensen most recently held the CFO position at Fortinet, a cybersecurity company. His career spans organizations ranging from venture capital-backed startups to enterprises with revenue exceeding $5 billion. His experience includes corporate governance, regulatory compliance, strategic capital raising, and overseeing equity and debt financing rounds.
"Keith's long and diverse expertise in technology, finance and public company experience will be accretive to Avidbank's mission going forward," said Mark D. Mordell, chairman and CEO of Avidbank Holdings.
Jensen has experience in multinational operations, including global information technology, tax, and manufacturing functions. He has managed multiple acquisitions and implemented enterprise resource planning and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance frameworks throughout his career.
Avidbank Holdings, headquartered in San Jose, California, operates as the holding company for Avidbank, a state-chartered bank that provides commercial and industrial lending, venture lending, and real estate financing services.
