Kartoon Studios director Henry Sicignano resigns from board

Kartoon Studios Inc. (NYSE: TOON) announced that board member Henry Sicignano resigned from his director position effective December 12, 2025.

Sicignano, who served as a non-employee director and chairman of the audit committee, notified the company of his resignation decision on December 10. In his formal resignation letter submitted December 12, Sicignano stated his departure was due to personal reasons and not related to any disagreement with the company's operations, policies, or practices.

The company entered into a consulting agreement with Sicignano effective the same date as his resignation, according to the announcement.
