Kaiser Aluminum (KALU) Announces Resignation of Kevin W. Williams from Board

On July 28, 2025, Kevin W. Williams notified the board of directors (the “Board”) of Kaiser Aluminum (NASDAQ: KALU) of his decision to resign as a director of the Company, effective August 1, 2025. Mr. Williams’ decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Board anticipates filling the vacancy created by Mr. William’s resignation focusing on candidates with the critical skills needed to continue to support the execution of Company strategy and Board succession planning.
