Jiayin Group names Xiaojing Lu to board of directors

Jiayin Group Inc. (NASDAQ: JFIN) announced that Xiaojing Lu has been appointed to its board of directors, effective July 1, 2026, according to a press release from the Shanghai-based fintech company.
Lu also joins the board's compensation committee and its nominating and corporate governance committee. She replaces Yifang Xu, who resigned from all three roles on the same date for personal reasons.
Lu has worked at Jiayin since 2019, most recently serving as Vice President of Credit User Growth Operations, a role she has held since April 2025. She previously served as Senior Director and Director of Credit User Growth Operations from 2021 to April 2025, and as Senior Manager of Risk Strategy from 2019 to 2021. Before joining the company, she held risk management and credit operations roles at financial information services firms from 2015 to 2019, and began her career at Ping An Data Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in 2011.
Lu holds an MBA from East China Normal University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at China Europe International Business School.
