Jeffrey Schlesinger joins Kartoon Studios board of directors

Kartoon Studios (NYSE American: TOON) announced the appointment of Jeffrey Schlesinger, former president of Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Distribution, to its board of directors.



Schlesinger spent more than three decades at Warner Bros., where he built the worldwide television business into a division spanning more than 220 territories. During his tenure, he oversaw distribution of television properties including "Friends," "The Big Bang Theory," "Two and a Half Men," "The West Wing," and "Game of Thrones."



He also managed Warner Bros.' animation library of over 10,000 episodes, which includes properties such as "Looney Tunes," "Hanna-Barbera," "Scooby-Doo," and "The Flintstones." Additionally, Schlesinger oversaw global distribution of Warner Bros. feature films including the "Batman," "Harry Potter," and "The Lord of the Rings" franchises.

Kartoon Studios operates as a global producer and distributor of children's and family entertainment content. The company's portfolio includes properties based on A.A. Milne's "Winnie the Pooh," "Stan Lee Universe," "Rainbow Rangers," and "Bitcoin Brigade."



The company operates Mainframe Studios and runs Toon Media Networks, which includes Kartoon Channel! and reaches audiences across multiple platforms and over 60 territories worldwide.
