JULONG Holding makes board and committee changes effective June 9
Julong Holding Limited (NASDAQ: JLHL) announced changes to its board of directors and board committees, according to a press release statement.
Jinying Wang resigned from the company's audit committee, effective June 9, 2026. The company stated her resignation was not related to any disagreement with the company on matters relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
The board appointed Shengshan Sun as an independent director, also effective June 9, 2026. Sun was appointed to the audit committee, the nominating and corporate governance committee, and the compensation committee.
Sun has served as standing director and head of the academics department at the Dalian Criminal Law Research Association since October 2020. Before that, he served as an associate professor and head of the law department at Dalian University from September 1991 to October 2020. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil and mining engineering from Northeastern University, a second bachelor's degree in law from the University of Science and Technology Beijing, and a master's degree in international law from Dalian Maritime University.
Following the changes, the board consists of five members: Jiaqi Hu, Jinying Wang, Yuling Bai, Zhaobo Liu, and Shengshan Sun. The audit committee is chaired by Yuling Bai. The nominating and corporate governance committee is chaired by Zhaobo Liu, and the compensation committee is chaired by Yuling Bai.
