International Battery Metals adds financial advisor to its board

International Battery Metals Ltd. (TSXV: IBAT)(OTCQB: IBATF) announced the appointment of Scott Colangelo to its Board of Directors, effective August 11, 2026.

Colangelo is the Chairman, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Prime Capital Investment Advisors, a registered investment advisory firm, where he has served since 2017. He also serves as Managing Director of Qualified Plan Advisors, a role he has held since 1999.

Prior to co-founding Prime Capital Investment Advisors, Colangelo served as Vice President and Shareholder of Lawing Financial, where he held various leadership positions for nearly two decades.

Colangelo holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 registrations and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kansas State University.

International Battery Metals is a provider of modular direct lithium extraction systems based in Vancouver, BC, and Houston, TX.
