Innoviz Technologies adds ex-Rafael CEO to its board

Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: INVZ) has appointed Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Yoav Har-Even to its board of directors, according to a press release issued July 6, 2026.

Har-Even served as president and chief executive of Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd. from 2016 to 2024, overseeing development of defense programs including the Iron Dome, David's Sling, and Trophy Active Protection systems. Before Rafael, he served in the Israel Defense Forces, reaching the rank of major general and serving as head of the Operations Directorate. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Sindiana Technologies Ltd. and as an advisory board member of Ondas Holdings Inc.

"Yoav's career at the helm of Rafael and at the highest levels of the IDF gives him a uniquely authoritative perspective on the needs of defense and security customers globally," said Omer Keilaf, CEO and founder of Innoviz Technologies.

The company also disclosed that James Sheridan resigned as a director effective July 3, 2026. Sheridan had been appointed to the board in April 2021 by Perception Capital Partners under an appointment right that expired in April 2026.

Innoviz Technologies supplies LiDAR sensor platforms to automotive manufacturers and markets sensing solutions for defense, security, and other applications.
