Ingersoll Rand appoints Jerome Guillen to board of directors

Ingersoll Rand Inc. (NYSE: IR) announced the appointment of Jerome Guillen to its board of directors, effective January 1, 2026, according to a company statement.



Guillen brings more than two decades of experience in automotive and transportation industries. He previously served as president at Tesla Inc., where he led engineering, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing functions. During his tenure at Tesla, he played a role in launching the Model S and Semi Truck programs.



Before joining Tesla, Guillen held leadership positions at Daimler AG and McKinsey & Company, focusing on product development, innovation, and operations. He currently advises technology organizations and serves on the board of directors of Vale Base Metals, a copper and nickel producer.

Ingersoll Rand describes itself as a provider of flow creation and life sciences and industrial solutions. The Davidson, North Carolina-based company operates through more than 80 brands.
