Immunic adds Elena Ridloff to its board of directors

Immunic, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMUX) appointed Elena Ridloff, CFA, to its board of directors, effective August 6, 2026, according to a press release statement from the company.



Ridloff currently serves as chief financial officer at Sionna Therapeutics. She previously held the role of executive vice president and chief financial officer at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals, where she was involved in raising $600 million in capital. Earlier in her career, she led investor relations at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, served as chief executive officer of BIOVISIO, a life sciences consulting firm, and was a managing director at Maverick Capital, a hedge fund focused on healthcare and life sciences investments.



Ridloff also serves on the board of directors of Kymera Therapeutics, where she chairs the audit committee, and previously served on the board of Kronos Bio. She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charterholder.



Immunic's board chair Michael W. Bonney said Ridloff has "a proven track record of helping companies navigate periods of transformational growth."



The New York-based company is currently conducting Phase 3 clinical trials of its lead candidate, vidofludimus calcium, for relapsing multiple sclerosis, with top-line data expected by the end of 2026. Immunic also plans to initiate a confirmatory Phase 3 trial in progressive multiple sclerosis later in 2026.
