IM Cannabis appoints Alon Dayan to board of directors

IM Cannabis Corp. (NASDAQ: IMCC) announced that Alon Dayan has been appointed to the company's board of directors effective December 31, 2025.

Dayan currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of KeepZone AI Inc., a position he has held since 2025. He brings over 15 years of executive experience in the homeland security technology sector.

Since 2014, Dayan has been founder and Chief Executive Officer of L1-Systems Ltd., where he has led projects in homeland security solutions, intelligence systems and telecommunications. He has established strategic partnerships for the company across Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Western Europe.

His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of Virtual Crypto Technologies Inc., where he managed product development and global sales for cryptocurrency ATM technologies, and Business Development Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd., handling defense electronics sales to government and enterprise clients.

Dayan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Ariel University in Israel.

IM Cannabis operates as a medical cannabis company serving patients in Israel and Germany. The company imports and distributes cannabis to medical patients in Israel through its subsidiaries and operates medical cannabis retail pharmacies and online platforms. In Germany, the company operates through Adjupharm GmbH, distributing cannabis to pharmacies for medical cannabis patients.
