HubSpot adds ex-Google executive Jerry Dischler to its board

HubSpot, Inc. (NYSE: HUBS) announced that Jerry Dischler has been appointed to its board of directors, effective August 5, 2026.
Dischler spent nearly 20 years at Google in a series of executive roles. Most recently at Google, he served as President of Cloud Applications, where he led AI deployment within Google Workspace. Before that, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Advertising, overseeing search, display, shopping, travel, and video advertising products, as well as analytics.
Dischler is currently a Partner at Angular Ventures, an early-stage venture firm focused on AI and enterprise technology.
"Jerry is a remarkable leader who deeply understands both the transformative potential of AI and what it takes to build and scale AI-first products," said Yamini Rangan, CEO of HubSpot.
Dischler holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
