Honeywell (HON) Announces Board Changes

On April 8, 2025, Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) announced that, subject to approval of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective May 5, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), Ms. Su Ping Lu, age 49, will succeed Ms. Anne T. Madden, age 60, as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and Ms. Madden will transition to the newly-created position of Senior Vice President, Portfolio Transformation and Senior Advisor. Ms. Lu will be an executive officer of the Company, reporting to Chairman and CEO Mr. Vimal Kapur, and continue to serve as Corporate Secretary. Ms. Madden will be an officer of the Company and continue reporting to Mr. Kapur.
