High Roller Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ROLR) announced the promotion of Carlo Scappaticci to Chief Marketing Officer and the hiring of Frances Cong as Director of Marketing, both effective immediately.
The Las Vegas-based online casino operator said Scappaticci will lead marketing strategy, brand development, customer engagement, and growth initiatives as the company expands into new regulated markets. He previously served as Managing Director for Canada at High Roller since the second quarter of 2025.
Before joining High Roller, Scappaticci worked as Vice President of Marketing at WynnBet and Vice President of Marketing at Pala Interactive. He also served as Chief Marketing Officer at Askott Entertainment and Marketing Director at DafaBet during his career spanning more than 20 years in the online gaming industry.
Cong joins as Director of Marketing from Boyd Interactive, where she served as CRM and Marketing Director. The company did not provide additional details about her background or responsibilities in the new role.
Seth Young, Chief Executive Officer at High Roller, said in a statement that Scappaticci "brings a deep understanding of consumer behavior" and has "a proven track record of success in driving innovative, data-driven marketing programs."
High Roller Technologies operates online casino brands High Roller, Fruta, and Kassuuu. The company describes itself as serving a global customer base with over 6,000 games from more than 90 game providers.
