Hexcel board member Campbell to step down in 2026

Hexcel Corporation (NYSE: HXL) announced that Jeffrey C. Campbell informed the board on November 10 of his intention not to stand for reelection at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Campbell joined the Hexcel board in 2003 and has served as Lead Director since 2018. He also serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating, Governance and Sustainability Committee.

The company stated that Campbell's decision was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with Hexcel on matters relating to operations, policies or practices.
