Henry Bartoli retires from Babcock & Wilcox board of directors

Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: BW) announced that Henry Bartoli retired from the company's board of directors, effective November 21, 2025. Bartoli served as a board member since 2018.
Kenneth Young, chairman and chief executive officer of the Akron, Ohio-based company, said Bartoli brought nearly four decades of global power industry experience to his role. Young noted that Bartoli previously served as the company's chief strategy officer before joining the board.
The company described Bartoli's contributions during his tenure on the board and his previous executive role at the energy and environmental products company. Babcock & Wilcox provides products and services for power and industrial markets worldwide.
The announcement was made in a company statement that detailed Bartoli's retirement from the board position he held for approximately seven years.
