HealthEquity adds Moody's CFO Noémie Heuland to its board

HealthEquity, Inc. (NASDAQ: HQY) has elected Noémie Heuland, Chief Financial Officer of Moody's Corporation (NYSE: MCO), to its board of directors, effective Sept. 24, 2026, according to a company statement.
Heuland will serve on the board's Audit and Risk Committee and Cybersecurity and Technology Committee. Her appointment brings the board to 11 directors, nine of whom are independent.
Heuland has served as CFO of Moody's since April 2024. Before that role, she was CFO at Dayforce, Inc. from October 2020 to February 2024. Prior to Dayforce, she spent 12 years in finance leadership roles at SAP. She holds an M.S. in Finance and Accounting from Audencia (formerly Nantes Business School of Management) and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Robert Selander, Chairman of the Board, said Heuland's "financial and strategic perspective will be valuable as we continue to scale HealthEquity, invest for the future and navigate the opportunities that come with our next phase of growth."
HealthEquity administers health savings accounts and other consumer-directed benefits for nearly 18 million accounts.
