Halozyme adds Jim Daly to its board of directors

Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: HALO) announced the appointment of James "Jim" Daly to its board of directors, according to a company press release dated Sept. 30, 2026.

Daly previously served on Halozyme's board and has held senior commercial roles at several biopharmaceutical companies. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Incyte Corporation from 2012 to 2015. Before that, he spent a decade at Amgen, most recently as Senior Vice President of North America Commercial Operations, Global Marketing and Commercial Development. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 16 years at Glaxo Wellcome/GlaxoSmithKline, including as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the U.S. respiratory business.

Daly currently serves on the boards of Acadia Pharmaceuticals, Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, and Cytokinetics. He previously served on the boards of argenx, Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, and Chimerix.

Daly holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and an M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York.
