On January 6, 2025, Bhavesh (Bob) V. Patel notified the Board of Directors that he has decided to not stand for re-election as a Director of Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) and retire early from serving as a Director of Halliburton Company to pursue other opportunities. He will continue as a Director until his term ends immediately prior to the annual meeting of shareholders on May 21, 2025. Mr. Patel’s decision was not the result of any disagreement with Halliburton on any matter relating to the operations, policies, or practices of Halliburton.
