Greenway Technologies board member Raymond Wright resigns

Greenway Technologies Inc. (OTCQB: GWTI) announced that Raymond Wright resigned from his positions as board member and interim president on May 28, 2026, according to a company statement.

The board granted Wright the honorary title of Chairman Emeritus in recognition of his tenure with the company. The role does not include board membership or voting rights.

Wright co-founded DFW Genesis in 2009 to work on natural gas-to-liquid processes and later formed Greenway Innovative Energy Inc. with Conrad Greer to develop gas-to-liquids technology. He previously held technical positions at Texas Instruments in Dallas.

"Mr. Wright has been a staple of the company since the company's acquisition of GIE. His vision, wisdom, leadership and strategic relationships have been invaluable to the company," said Doug Cogan, chief executive officer of Greenway.

Wright stated he would continue supporting the company's growth and strategic vision in his new role.

Arlington, Texas-based Greenway develops gas-to-liquids and gas-to-hydrogen technology through its subsidiary Greenway Innovative Energy Inc. The company's technology includes the G-Reformer unit for converting natural gas into synthesis gas and the H-Reformer for hydrogen production.
