Gauzy board member Michael Donnelly resigns for personal reasons

Gauzy Ltd. (NASDAQ: GAUZ) announced that Michael Donnelly has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective immediately, for personal reasons.
Donnelly stated he had the opportunity to participate in the company's initial public offering on Nasdaq and serve on its board during a growth period. He expressed optimism about the company's ability to execute on its goals and create shareholder value.
Eyal Peso, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gauzy, said Donnelly was instrumental in the company's growth and a key figure in developing and implementing long-term strategy.
The company confirmed that Donnelly has no disagreement with Gauzy, its management, or its Board of Directors on any matter related to operations, policies, or practices. His resignation was made solely for personal reasons.
Gauzy is a Tel Aviv-based light and vision control technology company that serves customers in aeronautics, automotive, and architecture industries across more than 60 countries. The company has subsidiaries in Germany, France, the United States, Canada, China, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.
