Gary Gladstein to retire from Mueller Industries board

Gary S. Gladstein has informed the board of directors of Mueller Industries (NYSE: MLI) that he will retire from the board effective December 31, 2026.

Gladstein previously served as a board member from 1990 to 1994 before rejoining in 2000. He later served as chairman of the board from 2013 to 2015 and as lead independent director from 2016 to 2018.
