Fulton Financial adds David Schulz to its board of directors

Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT) has appointed David S. Schulz to its board of directors, with his term set to begin September 14, 2026, and run through the company's 2027 annual shareholder meeting, according to a press release.



Schulz will bring the board's total membership to 11 and will serve on the Audit and Risk committees. He has also been appointed to the board of Fulton's banking subsidiary, Fulton Bank, N.A.



Schulz most recently held roles at Wesco International, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to June 2020, then as Executive Vice President and CFO through February 2026, before transitioning to Executive Vice President and Special Advisor to the CEO until his retirement on May 31, 2026.



Before Wesco, Schulz held senior financial positions at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. and Armstrong World Industries, Inc. Earlier in his career he worked in financial leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and The J.M. Smucker Company, and he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.



In 2025, Schulz joined the board of Sterling Infrastructure, Inc., where he was named chair of the audit committee in 2026 and also serves on its compensation and talent development committee.



Fulton Financial is a Lancaster, Pa.-based financial holding company with approximately $34 billion in assets, more than 3,400 employees, and over 215 financial centers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia.
